Hi I'm Kat and this is my blog. I watch Glee and Doctor Who. I occasionally stan Blaine Anderson.

I seriously considered saying that I didn’t like ANY of the episodes because Glee sucks but decided against it. Maybe I’ll make a new twitter account.

The “inherent” non attraction to PoC is always, always, always a product of embedded racism. I’ve seen people who say, “I’m just not attracted to ___” and then when they start opening their eyes and realizing, “Holy shit, we do live in a white supremacist world that has completely corrupted by views of darker skinned human beings.” They start to see that they actually are attracted to PoC. You can hold onto being the one exception, but you’d be wrong. Educate yourself and open your fucking mind.

Woman v. The Government

Woman: I cannot afford to have a child right now. Can I have birth control?

Government: No.

Woman: I got pregnant but I cannot afford to have a child and I'm not ready to be a parent. Can I have an abortion?

Government: No.

Woman: I had the child, but I cannot afford to raise him. Will you help me out?

Government: No.

Woman: I guess I'll have to give my child up for adoption.

Barry and Steve: We would love to raise your child. We have been in a committed relationship for 15 years. We have steady careers and are very successful and financially stable. We love children and wish to provide a loving nurturing environment for your child. Would you be willing to give your child to us?

Woman: Sure, as long as it's ok with the government.

Government: No.

butterscotchcreys:

so in “Extraordinary Merry Christmas” they cut:

  • a scene between the gay couple where they mention they had sex, talk about getting married, confess their love for one another, and one of them pretty much does a dry run of his wedding vows PLUS multiple little overtly romantic and physical moments
  • a moment between the couple where both of them are Asian
  • a cheek kiss between the lesbian couple
  • a conversation about the interracial couple

they kept:

  • multiple repetitive scenes with the straight white couple
  • a promotion of an organization known to be homophobic

I’m sensing a pattern here.
